Lyn Davies, MAICD

Managing Director

Lyn Davies joined Tunstall in 2004.  As Managing Director of Tunstall Healthcare, Lyn’s vision for the business and its clients reflects a commitment to pursue diverse and customer driven solutions. With a focus on quality, innovation and people development Lyn has built the company’s reputation and leadership position in the region.

With a career spanning 30 years, Lyn has accumulated an extensive background in community and government services, working closely with Tunstall’s corporate customers and, prior to Tunstall, having served in organisations such as Mater Hospitals Qld, CITEC Qld and Logan City Council.

Lyn holds qualifications in Business Management and Undergraduate Project Management. She is a Director on the Board of the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA), Vice Chair of their Connected Health Advisory Group, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Lyn is currently the Deputy Chair of the Australian Personal Emergency Response Services Limited and holds the position of Vice Chair for the Australian Silver Industry Group.


Trent Gifford

Commercial Director

Trent Gifford is Tunstall’s Commercial Director for the APAC region. Trent is an experienced commercial and operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across a wide variety of industries.

He currently leads the Clinical, Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Events business units within Tunstall APAC and is focused on ensuring that all of Tunstall’s client groups across the Asia Pacific region realise value across all of Tunstall’s products and services. This customer focus extends to providers, community groups, carer networks and the families & friends of those that rely on the Tunstall service.


Jamie Gibson

Financial Director

Jamie Gibson is Tunstall’s Finance Director for the APAC region, having joined as Finance Manager in 2012. Jamie is an experienced accounting, finance, risk management executive with over 15 years of finance and analytical experience across a wide variety of industries including healthcare, telecommunications and professional services. He oversees the Finance, Logistics and Risk functions of the business.

In this position, Jamie is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction for Tunstall APAC, is a key member of the Tunstall global Finance Leadership Team, and is a key member of the APAC Executive Team; providing the executive team with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures.


Hayley Fielding

Hayley Fielding

Head of People and Culture

Hayley Fielding is Head of People and Culture for Tunstall’s APAC region, having joined the Executive Team in 2021.

Hayley provides Tunstall with a wealth of Human Resources, Employee Relations and Management experience and knowledge across varied industries, including Healthcare and Disability Services.

In this important role for Tunstall, Hayley drives change, engagement, safety and development for our teams in Australia and New Zealand.


Ryan Cleary

HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Ryan Cleary joined Tunstall as Head of Information Technology for the APAC region in 2022 bringing over 20 years’ professional experience in technology. Prior to joining Tunstall, Ryan held technology roles in finance, big data and FMCG corporations enabling and advancing their domestic and international technology efforts.

At Tunstall, Ryan is responsible for overseeing the technology estate our APAC operation depends upon. This includes corporate IT, product lifecycle and monitoring centre infrastructure. His role also focusses on ensuring Tunstall’s existing technology foundations are continually evolved and developed leveraging new technologies.
